The Terms of Service ("Terms"), governs your usage and access of Glue Labs Limited's (referred to as "Glue Labs" or "we") websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services collectively referred to as "Services". By giving your consent, for example by clicking "Continue", "Sign-in", or "Sign-up", or utilizing our Services, you are in agreement with these Terms, including the necessary arbitration clause and class action waiver outlined in the Resolving Disputes; Binding Arbitration Section.

Our Privacy Policy outlines the manner in which we gather and utilize your information, while our Rules describe your obligations when utilizing our Services. By utilizing our Services, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and our Rules. Your Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you are accountable for your actions and the content you provide. It is important to note that some of the content on our Services may be protected by others' intellectual property rights. Please ensure that you only copy, upload, download, or share content if you have the legal right to do so. Your use of our Services must abide by our set rules and regulations.

To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you use the Services to access or use personal information of other users, you agree to do so in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, you agree not to sell any personal information, as defined under applicable laws.

Your Use of the Site

You may not attempt to reproduce or circumvent the Website's navigation structure or presentation. Glue Labs reserves the right to prohibit any such activity. You may not try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, or to any of Glue Lab's systems or networks, or to the services offered through the Website. This includes hacking, password mining, or any other illegitimate means.

You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website, or any network connected to it. You may not breach the security or authentication measures of the Website, or any network connected to it. You may not reverse-look up, trace, or seek to trace any information about any user of the Website or any other customer of Glue Labs, including any account not owned by you. You may not exploit the Website or any service or information available through it, in any way that reveals information other than your own information as provided by the Website.

You agree not to take any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website's infrastructure or on Glue Labs systems or networks. You may not use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper operation of the Website, or with any transaction being conducted on the Website, or with any other person's use of the Website. You may not forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any message or transmission you send to us through the Website or its services. You may not impersonate someone else or pretend to represent another individual or entity. You may not use the Website or its content for any illegal or prohibited purpose, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity that infringes the rights of others.

Content

The text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively referred to as "Content") found on the Site, including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, appearance, and arrangement of such Content, are either owned, controlled, or licensed by Glue Labs and are protected by laws related to trade dress, copyrights, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

Unless explicitly stated in these Terms of Use, no portion of the Site or its Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any manner, including "mirroring," without the prior written consent of Glue Labs.

You may utilize information related to Glue Labs products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials), which have been intentionally made available for download from the Site. However, you must adhere to the following conditions: (1) not remove any proprietary language in the copies of these documents, (2) use the information only for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not copy or post it on any networked computer or broadcast it through any media, (3) make no modifications to the information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties regarding these documents.

Disclamers

GLUE LABS DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. GLUE LABS CANNOT ENSURE THAT ANY FILES OR OTHER DATA YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. GLUE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GLUE LABS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS AND CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR ANY GLUE LABS SERVICES. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY LINKED SITES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST US FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SITE OR ANY SUCH CONTENT. THIS LIMITATION OF RELIEF IS A PART OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

The disclaimer outlined above also covers any harm, liability, or injury resulting from any failure of the Services, such as an error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or use, whether due to breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other reason.

Glue Labs retains the right, at any time, to make any of the following changes without prior notice: (1) modify, suspend, or terminate access to or the operation of the Site or any portion of it for any reason; (2) make modifications or changes to the Site or any portion of it and its associated policies or terms; and (3) interrupt the operation of the Site or any portion of it as needed for maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

Violation of These Terms of Use

Glue Labs may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of the Site, including Glue Labs customers. Glue Labs reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that Glue Labs deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. Glue Labs also may disclose your information when Glue Labs determines that applicable law requires or permits such disclosure, including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that Glue Labs may preserve any transmittal or communication by you with Glue Labs through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, and may also disclose such data if required to do so by law or Glue Labs determines that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with legal process, (2) enforce these Terms of Use, (3) respond to claims that any such data violates the rights of others, or (4) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Glue Labs, its employees, users of or visitors to the Site, and the public.

You agree that Glue Labs may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site and/or block your future access to the Site if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Site. You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to Glue Labs, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to Glue Labs obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that Glue Labs deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Glue Labs may have at law or in equity.

You agree that Glue Labs may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to) (1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (2) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (3) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, or (4) unexpected technical issues or problems. If Glue Labs does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, Glue Labs will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Glue Labs. You agree that Glue Labs will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.

Miscellaneous

You agree not to use or export or re-export any Content, or any copies or adaptations of such Content, or any products or services offered on the Site, in violation of any applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Indian export laws and regulations.

Should any provision in these Terms of Use be deemed void or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal with competent jurisdiction, the affected provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and a valid provision that embodies the intent of these Terms of Use will be substituted, so that these Terms of Use remain in full effect.

These Terms of Use represent the complete agreement between you and Glue Labs regarding your use of the Site, replacing any previous written or oral agreements between you and Glue Labs regarding such use. Glue Labs will not accept any counter-offers to these Terms of Use, and all such offers are rejected. Any failure by Glue Labs to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed as a waiver by Glue Labs of any provision or right, and any conduct between Glue Labs and you or any other party shall not be interpreted as modifying any provision of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use do not confer any rights or remedies to any third parties.

Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Glue Labs shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
